Our Equipment: The small scale system - the mixing unit

UP TO 100 GALLONS PER MINUTE - PER UNIT

The Mixing Unit is a portable flocculation system for sites where a basin isn't practical. Turbid water is pumped from the excavation through a hose into the unit, where a proprietary nozzle redirects the inflow in multiple directions and creates a whirlpool. The spinning water passes the polymer logs repeatedly rather than once, binding clay particles into flocs heavy enough to settle. Treated water overflows into jute yarn, which captures the remaining sediment before clean water discharges to the storm sewer.

Circular Flow

The circular flow is what separates it from conventional dosing. Water moving in a straight line past a floc log contacts the polymer once. Moving in a whirlpool, it contacts the polymer repeatedly — which means faster treatment at lower chemical dosage, and no reliance on detention time or footprint. The unit is portable, needs minimal labor, and doesn't clog on fine soils. When site flow increases, add units; when it drops, remove them.

Our Process Works

Stop fighting with clogged silt bags and get back to work. Our sediment removal process is proven to handle the toughest groundwater and keeps your site in the clear.
